This aligns with standard industry practices and Indian consumer law, which permits non-refundable status for digital goods once delivered.
Live 1:1 Sessions
Eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Live Group Events
- Non-refundable if a replay is provided.
- If no replay is offered, cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Subscriptions / Memberships
You may cancel at any time to stop future payments.
However, no refunds will be issued for past billing periods.
Money-Back Guarantees
